Job Description

Diverse Lynx is looking for RPA Automation Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA tools
This involves understanding business requirements, documenting process flows, and identifying potential automation candidates
RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
This includes building automation workflows, configuring software robots (bots), and integrating RPA solutions with other systems or applications
Bot Deployment and Management: Deploy and manage bots in the production environment
This involves scheduling and monitoring bot execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation and performance of the RPA solution
Process Automation: Automate repetitive and manual tasks by developing bots that can mimic human interactions with software applications
This may involve tasks such as data entry, data extraction, data validation, report generation, and system integration
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
This includes developing test cases, executing tests, identifying and fixing issues, and ensuring that automated processes meet the desired outcomes
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation
This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand pain points, gathering feedback, and refining and enhancing existing RPA solutions
Documentation and Training: Create documentation, user guides, and process documentation for RPA solutions
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of RPA automation
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of RPA solutions
Generate reports and metrics to track the impact of automation, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT teams, and business process owners, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA solutions
