Stay updated with state land laws, property laws and local laws including in-depth knowledge of land revenue act, stamp & registration act, forest conservation act etc. Deal with all legal issues relating to conversion of agricultural land, mutation, exchange, amalgamation of land, stamp duty and registration of documents, review of title search reports.
