ROR Developer (Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Develop and maintain APIs and services for web and mobile applications.
• Optimize application for performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers

Skills Required

• Good understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in React.js is strongly required.
• Experience with background job processing tools like Sidekiq, and understanding of worker-based systems
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git version control and code collaboration workflows.
• Understanding of background jobs using Sidekiq or similar tools.
• Experience with RSpec / MiniTest for writing test cases.
• Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
