RPA Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Solution Design & Implementation

  : Analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions using

  UiPath

  and

  Power Automate

  to automate business processes for clients.

• Process Mapping & Optimization

  : Collaborate with stakeholders to map existing processes and recommend automation improvements.

• Automation Development

  : Build, test, and deploy RPA workflows using

  UiPath

  and

  Power Automate

  .

• Client Interaction

  : Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, communicate automation possibilities, and ensure successful solution delivery.

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  : Identify and resolve issues related to RPA bots, including debugging, maintenance, and optimization.

• Documentation & Best Practices

  : Ensure all solutions are well-documented and follow best practices in RPA development.

• Training & Knowledge Transfer

  : Provide training to internal teams and clients on automation tools and processes.

• Stakeholder Management

  : Engage with stakeholders to present progress, gather feedback, and align automation goals with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience

  : Minimum of

  8+ years

  of overall experience in IT, with at least

  5+ years

  specifically working with

  UiPath

  and

  3+ years

  with

  Power Automate

  .

• RPA Expertise

  : Deep understanding of both

  UiPath

  and

  Power Automate

  , including advanced automation features, integrations, and best practices.

• Process Automation

  : Proven experience in automating end-to-end business processes, from requirement gathering to deployment.

• Technical Skills

  :

• UiPath

  : RPA development, Orchestrator management, AI integration, and advanced workflow design.

• Power Automate

  : Flow creation, integration with Office 365, SharePoint, PowerApps, and other Microsoft applications.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (VB.NET, C#, PowerShell).

• Problem Solving

  : Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

• Communication

  : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Certifications

  : UiPath certification(s) and Microsoft certifications in Power Automate are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of quality assurance.

Work Timing:

• 3 PM to 12 AM IST
