As a Lead Consultant - UiPath Developer, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, enhancement, and support of RPA production bots for robotics solutions. Your responsibilities will include meeting incident SLAs, adhering to defined support processes & practices, and ensuring the seamless operation of UiPath automations. Here are the key details: **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-on experience in developing automations using UiPath Studio - Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, management, and monitoring of automations - Proficiency in programming languages like VB.NET and C# relevant to UiPath - Building, configuring, testing, and deploying UiPath automation scripts/bots - Utilizing UiPath Document Understanding for integrating document processing into automations - Exposure to UiPath Process Mining for process discovery and analysis - Troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining existing UiPath automations - Creating and updating technical documentation and user guides for UiPath solutions - Collaborating within a UiPath-focused team and communicating progress/issues effectively - Conducting Root Cause Analysis for high and critical severity incidents - Performing RCA for recurring issues and proposing solutions - Reviewing system health periodically and recommending appropriate solutions - Keeping support handbook, documents, and knowledge base updated - Updating SOP with new solutions **Qualifications:** **Minimum qualifications:** - Experience in developing and testing software on Windows platform with hands-on programming experience in UiPath - Understanding of UiPath as a robotics process automation tool - Ability to comprehend business processes and convert them into automated solutions - Strong communication skills for presenting technical details to non-technical audience - Capability to gather Business Requirements from clients - Conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards - Certification in leading RPA products like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism - Experience with VB script and Macros - Proficiency in incident management - Familiarity with service management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow Your expertise in the above-mentioned areas will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of UiPath automations within the organization.,
