Roadcast - Associate Product Manager

Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and refine product roadmaps, features, and priorities aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities.
• Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories and detailed product specifications.
• Create and manage ClickUp sprints and monitor progress across cross-functional teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality product releases.
• Analyze product performance, adoption metrics, and user behavior to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI and analytics teams to enhance data-driven decision-making in product development.
• Work with clients and analysts to understand pain points and convert them into actionable product insights.
• Prepare weekly and monthly product performance reports for internal and client reviews.
• Create and maintain product documentation, agile task distribution, and training material.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and AI teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Participate in roadmap discussions and contribute to the vision of AI-driven automation and agentic intelligence within Mark8IQ.
  

What We Expect

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or SaaS-based product environments.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce or digital marketplace ecosystems.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (ClickUp, Jira, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working with data science teams is a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities
