Job Title: RMG Executive / Resource Manager

Location : Mumbai – Dadar

Experience : Minimum 3.5+ years

Salary : Up to 8 LPA

About the Role -

Key Responsibilities

- Manage bench resources effectively and align them with upcoming projects.

- Coordinate with project managers and business leaders to forecast demand and supply of resources.

- Maintain updated records of employee allocation and availability.

- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand resource requirements.

- Support in workforce planning, allocation, and redeployment of employees.

- Ensure minimal bench time and maximize resource utilization.

- Track and report resource allocation metrics regularly.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3.5+ years of experience in Resource/Workforce/Bench Management.

- Strong exposure to bench management and client management.

- Good understanding of project allocation, demand-supply planning, and employee utilization.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and resource management tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
