RM /CRM/ERM -FLS- Direct Vertical -PSF -PNB Metlife -DELHI/NCR

Context & Role:

To Work on Sales leads provided by Call centers/Internet and convert them and achieve sales targets assigned for the vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on leads provided by Call centers/Internet and convert them.

• Work with customers in the long term as their Relationship Manager.

• Acting as a team player and reporting the number of applications logged in for the business every day to the reporting manager without fail

• Work closely with team on leads

• Allocate and manage leads for team

• To be responsible for individual team members and overall team targets.

• Responsible for Quality of Business and Persistency.

• Work on leads provided by call center/Internet and convert them.

• Work on lead system.

Required qualifications and experience :

• Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/Professional Degree

• Preferred Experience : 6 months to 4 year of relevant experience.

Knowledge and skills desired :

• Technical/ Functional Essential: Knowledge of insurance sales; Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Basic knowledge on Computer Operations

• Desirable: Knowledge about the insurance industry; Should be high on initiative; Well groomed and confident
