RL - Consumers:Sales Manager - Personal Loan - Branch

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Personal Loan team in Mumbai The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in unsecured loans

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals and profitability
• Manage and drive the P&L of Personal Loans, including preparing sales budgets and forecasts
• Ensure risk compliance through FCI and Internal Investigations observations, and timely closure
• Enhance new and existing channels of sales, such as Connectors, AVC, and Branch
• Oversee customer journey to ensure customer delight and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
• Control regrettable attrition across all grades to maintain a strong and motivated team
• Drive various people agendas, including values, talent management, internal mobility, culture, learning, and development

• Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in unsecured loans
• Strong sales orientation, proficiency in managing complex client relationships, and diverse stakeholders
• Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, with skill in managing large, geographically spread teams
• Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment, with a strong risk and compliance mindset
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members
