Job Description

Job Title : Risk/Regulatory BA

No

Location - Chennai

Must have / Primary Skills / Mandatory

3 to 10 Years of experience within the financial services industry (Banking, NBFC, Insurance)
• Exposure to reference data transformation, critical data elements, DQMF, BCBS239 data governance• Exposure to data querying languages and tools (for ex. SQL/PLSQL/Hibernate SQL)• At least 1 Risk/ Regulatory Reporting project experience'• End to End understanding of at least one of the regulations/compliance requirements like ADF, RBS, GST,LCR, IRAC, CIMS• End-to-end technology implementation project related to Finance/Accounting data• Experience in writing BRDs/FRDs, conducting UAT• Exposure to SDLC / Agile

Good to have / Secondary Skills / Desired

• Understanding of Technology stack that supports banking operations• Understanding of Local and IFRS GAAP requirements is desirable• Experience in Test Case/Scenario creation for QA and UAT• Strong team building, partnership and collaboration skills• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
