Risk Manager

As a Risk Manager in Chennai, you will be responsible for: - Serving as the primary interface for Clusters & Clients on Process Risk Reviews, Inherent Risk Reviews (Audits), and Risk assessments. - Leading audits with end-to-end ownership of audit planning, work allocation, fieldwork, and report issuance. - Identifying Risks across Operational, Contractual & Data Security, categorizing risks and vulnerabilities across delivery and support functions. - Evaluating the materiality of issues and recommending effective control measures/process improvements to control residual risks. - Preparing comprehensive audit reports and presenting them to delivery units, Senior leadership, and clients. - Interfacing effectively with Management for updates on audit plan/status, key risks, and controls. - Conducting independent root cause analysis and investigations for errors & risk events reported. - Tracking and validating Corrective / Preventive actions for risk mitigation. - Sharing best practices and creating risk awareness among delivery leaders. - Conducting readiness checks for external audits and assessments. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 8-16 years of experience in Risk Management. - CA/MBA Qualification Preferred.
