Risk Consulting - Senior - Governance Risk Compliance

We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in GRC roles. ### Roles and Responsibility Perform comprehensive GRC assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement. Provide expert advice on corporate governance structures and practices to clients. Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with client objectives. Advise on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Deliver engagements efficiently, ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance governance and compliance. Lead business development initiatives, such as proposal writing and lead generation. Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry risks, issues, trends, and end-to-end business processes. Comply with the firm’s quality and risk management policies. Manage multiple assignments and related project teams, maintaining excellent rapport and proactive communication with clients. Mentor and coach junior team members to meet their performance goals and grow their careers. Manage engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals, and new solution/methodology development. ### Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CS). Minimum of 3 years' experience in GRC roles. Exceptional command over spoken and written English. Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations at short notice. Highly analytical, organized, and meticulous consulting skills. Demonstrating and applying strong project management skills, inspiring teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members. Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and commit to delivering under tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and quality assurance. Proficient in MS-Office Suite, data analysis, and validation.
