Risk & Compliance Professional

• Support the implementation and maintenance of risk and compliance frameworks for products, payment systems, and personal information flows.
• Conduct internal assessments and audits to ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct risk reviews to ensure third-party compliance.
• Perform continuous monitoring of security controls, operational processes, and risk indicators; escalate deviations as needed.
• Maintain governance documentation, risk registers, and reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Assist in streamlining risk processes, reducing gaps, and improving operational efficiency.
• Support security awareness programs and ensure team adherence to policies and standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Product, and Operations teams to address compliance and risk issues.
  

What s required from you

• 4+ years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or data governance, preferably in fintech, payments, or technology environments.
• Basic understanding of security standards, SOC2, audit, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with vendor risk management (TPRM), operational risk, and process controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Knowledge of data quality, SQL, or risk reporting tools is a plus.
