Job Description

Own the end-to-end process of editing performance marketing videos.
Ideate, produce, and edit UGC-style, animated, and branding related videos for various campaign objectives (Conversion, traffic, leads)
Adapt content to multiple formats for different platforms - Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, X.
Incorporate basic motion graphics, effects, music, subtitles, overlays and sound effects to enhance the impact of videos.
Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times while ensuring high quality.

What s required from you

Proficiency in adobe Premiere Pro, after Effects, Photoshop.
Knowing Runway ML, Kling AI or Similar AI platforms is a bonus
Knowledge of mobile-first video production (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style)
Basic knowledge about ad specs for: Meta Ads Google Ads
Basic understanding of trends and what makes assets perform (CTS, hook, CTA placement, Etc.)
Copywriting basics and strong visual storytelling instincts.
