Job Description

Role Overview: Join Takeda's digital transformation journey at their recently launched Innovation Capability Center in Bengaluru. As a Risk & Compliance Manager within the ERP Tower, you will lead validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements. You will manage a team of 10+ validation specialists and collaborate across IT, QA, and business units to deliver robust solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 10+ validation specialists within the ERP Tower. - Oversee validation and qualification of IT systems and infrastructure for compliance. - Define validation strategies aligned with business and compliance goals. - Develop and maintain validation plans, protocols, and schedules. - Identify and mitigate risks in validation processes. - Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely execution. - Ensure complete documentation per GxP and industry standards. - Drive adherence to regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA) and internal SOPs. - Promote continuous improvement. - Manage resource planning and prioritization. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of similar role experience. - Ability to develop and execute validation strategies for SAP 4/Hana implementations. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams. - Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules and GxP compliance requirements. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Proven IT project management experience. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - People management skills in global organizations. - Technical understanding of SAP cloud solutions.
