Analyze, identify, and mitigate financial and operational risks to support business decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance – 財務および業務上のリスクを分析・特定・軽減し、意思決定を支援し、法規制遵守を確保します。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Assess and monitor financial, operational, and strategic risks – 財務、業務、戦略上のリスクを評価・監視
• Develop risk models and conduct scenario analysis – リスクモデルを作成し、シナリオ分析を実施
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management – 経営陣向けにリスクレポートとダッシュボードを作成
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations – 内部方針および外部規制への遵守を確保
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to mitigate risks – 財務、業務、法務チームと連携してリスクを軽減
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices – 市場動向、規制変更、業界ベストプラクティスを把握

Qualifications / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field – ファイナンス、経済学、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号
• 2+ years of experience in risk analysis, compliance, or finance – リスク分析、コンプライアンス、財務分野での経験2年以上
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills – 優れた分析力、問題解決力、コミュニケーション力
• Experience with risk management tools, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tools – リスク管理ツール、Excel/Google Sheets、BIツールの使用経験
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and financial compliance – 規制フレームワークおよび財務コンプライアンスに関する知識
• Fluent in Japanese; English proficiency preferred – 日本語流暢、英語力歓迎
