Key Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of procurement processes and the ability to design RFx events that align with aggregated pricing models
• Consolidate and analyze supplier proposals, focusing on price aggregation and comparative evaluation.
• Advise on lot structuring and allocation strategies within the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance buyer experience.
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the sourcing process and procurement team workflows.
• Ideally, experience running or supporting e-auctions or dynamic bidding processes.
• Experience with sourcing platforms like Ariba, Scout, or similar.
• Skilled in reviewing and aggregating supplier pricing and proposal data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for quantitative analysis, enabling effective comparison and aggregation of pricing data.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
