Key Responsibilities

RFP Identification & Analysis

  • Track public and private sector RFP portals for relevant opportunities.

  • Analyze RFP documents for eligibility, budget, scope, deliverables, and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming deadlines and deliverables.


Proposal Preparation & Submission

  • Coordinate internally with technical, legal, finance, and leadership teams to gather proposal inputs.

  • Draft customized proposals, including company credentials, technical approach, timelines, budget breakdowns, and contact information.

  • Ensure proposals are formatted professionally and comply with the issuer’s instructions (word limits, formats, annexures, etc.).

  • Submit proposals via email, portal uploads, or physical copies as required.


Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with the client’s point of contact for clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and updates.

  • Maintain an internal repository of submitted proposals and feedback received.


Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and update boilerplate content such as company profiles, legal docs, project case studies, and certificates.

  • Ensure all submitted documents meet legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.


Process Optimization

  • Establish standardized templates and checklists to streamline future submissions.

  • Track win/loss metrics and improve proposal quality over time.


Key Requirements

Experience:


2–5 years in a similar role, preferably in the IT, SaaS, consulting, or government tender space.


Education:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.


Skills:

  • Excellent command over written English and business communication.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with government procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eTender) and private bid platforms.
