Job Description

Reverse Proxy Analyst
Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Job Description

Provide L2/L3 production support for NGINX, Apache, and Zscaler environments.

Troubleshoot web access, proxy connectivity, and application routing issues.

Hands-on experience supporting and administering web proxy/reverse proxy infrastructure in enterprise environments.

Strong experience with:

NGINX / NGINX Plus (reverse proxy, load balancing, SSL termination, caching)

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and/or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

Apache HTTP Server (HTTPd) configuration and optimization

In-depth knowledge of HTTP/S, DNS, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS protocols.

Experience managing SSL certificates, PKI, and HTTPS configurations.

Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).

Proficiency in analyzing access and error logs for incident resolution.

Experience with firewalls, proxies, and network troubleshooting tools (curl, tcpdump, Wireshark).

Working knowledge of load balancers (F5, HAProxy, NGINX Plus) and web security concepts.
