Revenue Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Tableau or a comparable Business Intelligence (BI) tool, data analysis, and understanding of sales metrics. Proficiency in Tableau is a must as the role involves creating insightful dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include analyzing Revenue Operations data to derive actionable insights that enhance the sales process, identifying areas for improvement within the sales team, and recognizing key sales metrics. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools to visualize Revenue metrics effectively. Monitoring key Revenue Organization performance indicators such as pipeline, conversion rates, close rates, pacing metrics, and workforce productivity will be crucial. You will present data trends and offer recommendations to enhance Revenue Organization processes and decision-making. Collaboration and support are essential aspects of this role. You will partner with Revenue Organization leaders, business managers, and stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver customized reports. Additionally, you will support Revenue Organization projects including benchmarking, individual manager performance tracking analysis, and pipeline enhancement strategies. Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of sales data through regular audits and implementation of data management best practices is a key responsibility. You will identify gaps in current sales reporting structures and suggest visual, strategic, and technical improvements. Conducting data analysis to support strategic business initiatives and provide key insights for strategies is also expected. **Technical Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or related fields - 2-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics supporting Sales organizations - Hands-on experience with Tableau, including the ability to create and manage complex dashboards and reports - Basic SQL querying knowledge with at least 1 year of exposure - Preferred experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems - Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like lookups and pivot tables - Excellent communication skills to explain insights and influence stakeholders effectively - High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy - Certification in Tableau or similar BI tools - Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages - Experience with Salesforce or other Sales CRM systems Join us at Pattern, a premier partner for global e-commerce acceleration, headquartered in Utah's Silicon Slopes tech hub with offices across the globe.
