Job Description

As a Revenue Enablement Specialist at The Economist Group (TEG), your role will be pivotal in supporting the enablement strategy by delivering programs, resources, and insights to enhance the performance of our commercial teams across regions. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to build onboarding programs, improve skills and competencies, and promote the adoption of commercial tools. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining documentation on sales skills, knowledge, and competencies using tools like Salesloft and Highspot to drive sales productivity. - Scheduling, coordinating, and hosting live training sessions to ensure high engagement and adoption rates. - Tracking and analyzing enablement tool usage to identify training opportunities and surface insights. - Collaborating with sales teams to pinpoint performance gaps and design targeted enablement solutions. - Reporting on enablement activities and outcomes to the Revenue Enablement team in London and Sales leaders globally. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of enablement programs, content, and communications. - Developing and delivering onboarding plans for new commercial hires across global markets. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5+ years of experience in roles such as Enablement Specialist, Sales or CSM Trainer, Onboarding Specialist, or Marketing content development. - Proven experience working closely with sales or commercial teams. - Proficiency in using CRM, LMS, and analytics tools. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive problem-solving approach and a drive for process improvement. Nice to have qualifications include experience with Salesloft and Highspot, certification in MEDDIC or similar qualification methods, familiarity with Sales methodologies, and curriculum design and delivery skills.
