Revenue Cloud Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements for the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, encompassing CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals, and integrations with ERP and other third-party systems.
• Create comprehensive solution design documentation, including data models, process flows, integration specifications, and security models.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and governance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the solution is built for scale, performance, and security.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communicating complex concepts effectively.
• Define and implement best practices for solution design, development, and deployment within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud ecosystem
