Revenue Assurance Lead

You will contribute to fulfilling unmet patient needs through a wide biosimilars portfolio, global footprint, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, and a world-class R&D ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide financial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision-making. - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering insightful business and finance inputs for key decisions. - Lead special finance projects and manage centralized finance systems to automate processes. - Ensure timely and accurate closure of activities related to revenue recognition. - Conduct monthly books closure activities, including reporting of Revenue, Receivables, Capex, and other MIS. - Review receivables management, ensure timely collection, and resolve disputes with internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate with reporting teams for monthly/quarterly/yearly MIS reporting. - Manage coordination with statutory and tax auditors. - Track actual cost versus Budget for support functions. - Liaise with third-party accounting, tax service providers, and consultants on local regulatory/accounting/audit compliances. - Work with onshore and offshore finance teams within Biocon Biologics group for day-to-day accounting operations. - Establish processes for fixed assets tracking, tagging, accounting, depreciation, and write-offs. - Develop and maintain internal control systems in finance reporting processes. - Consolidate Support function budget and track against actuals. **Education, Experience, and Skills:** - **Experience:** 6+ years of experience. - **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant, preferably with experience in Pharma Industries. - Ability to manage a team of at least 5 individuals. - Hands-on experience with SAP is an added advantage. - Proficient in technical accounting guidance for Revenue and Capex accounting. - Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and strong communication (written & oral) and networking skills. - Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business environments. - Strong command over accounting, time management, prioritization, and multitasking. - Result-oriented mindset.,
