Job Title: Battery Sales Manager – EV Vehicles (2.3kWh, 5kWh & 10kWh Fixed Battery along with Retrofit Kit) Location: Delhi - NCR Industry: Electric Vehicles / Automobile / Renewable Energy Experience: 3–4 years (EV industry preferred) Roles & Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for EV vehicles in the 2.3kWh, 5kWh, and 10kWh fixed battery segments. · Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients in the Delhi/NCR region. · Strong network and established relationships with OEMs · Proven ability to onboard and close deals with financiers for EV batteries and Retrofit kits. · Build strong relationships with channel partners, fleet operators, commercial vehicle buyers, and government agencies. · Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in EV adoption. · Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support. · Track and report on key performance metrics including sales volume, market share, and lead conversions. · Provide regular feedback to product and R&D teams for improvements based on market input. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. · Minimum 3-4 years of experience in EV sales or automobile/B2B vehicle sales. · Strong knowledge of EV products, particularly fixed battery formats (2.3kWh, 5kWh, & 10kWh range and Retrofit Kit). · Strong network in the Delhi/NCR auto/electric mobility market is a plus. · Willingness to travel within the region.
