Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retention marketing strategies across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, and create personalized campaigns to improve repeat purchase rates and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to leverage automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms for campaign optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs including customer retention rate, repeat purchase rate, churn reduction, and ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the business team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
  • Generate actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to continuously improve retention strategies.
