Campaign Associate- Retention Team.
Location-Banglore. Years of experience-1-2years. Employment-Full-Time. About The Role : Requirements -. Clevertap/Moengage experience is a must. Manage the execution of multiple campaigns, sales, and cohort-specific experiments to drive daily GMV growth.. Lead and optimize push notification strategies to improve conversion rates, with a focus on CTR and conversions. Strategically segment and target audiences to deliver personalized messaging and maximize user engagement. Execute targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, such as category-specific promotions, education, and content dissemination.. Utilize CRM tools to drive engagement through personalized messaging, increasing conversions and building customer loyalty.. Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and repeat transactions. Create and manage in-app popups to communicate promotions, drive conversions, and improve the user experience. Personalize merchandising for users based on browsing behavior, past purchases, and preferences to enhance app engagement and GMV growth. Track and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights to optimize strategies and experiments that drive key metrics.
