Retail Trainer

Core responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs: Create and implement training content, workshops, and onboarding sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Assess training needs: Collaborate with store managers and conduct surveys to identify skill gaps and training requirements within teams and for individuals.
• Provide coaching and mentoring: Offer ongoing support and coaching to employees, helping them improve customer engagement and sales performance.
• Evaluate program effectiveness: Monitor the success of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Support new initiatives: Assist with the rollout of new products, services, and systems by creating and delivering relevant training.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate records of training materials, attendance, and employee progress.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in retail training or management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods for different learning styles.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms is often a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 90 days

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
