Retail Store Sales Head

Role Overview: As a Retail Store Sales Head in the ultra high-end jewellery industry, your role will involve leading the sales operations of the luxury boutique/store in Mumbai. You should have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in luxury retail, high-end fashion, jewelry, or watches. Your strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and client service expectations will be crucial in this role. Excellent communication, grooming, and presentation skills are required to inspire and motivate the sales teams effectively. Your high emotional intelligence will aid in managing relationships with elite clientele. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools is essential, and fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of additional languages like Arabic, Mandarin, or French being a plus.
