Job Description

Responsibilities A retail merchandiser's primary responsibility is to ensure that the right products are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities to maximize retail store sales. This involves managing inventory, arranging displays, pricing, and working with retail team. Will also analyze retail store sales data, predict trends, and collaborate with other departments to develop effective marketing strategies. Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels, and restocking shelves at the retail stores Display and Visual Merchandising: Arranging products in an appealing and strategic way to attract customers and boost sales. Pricing and Promotions: Setting and monitoring prices, coordinating sales and promotions, and ensuring that promotional materials are displayed correctly. Sales Analysis and Forecasting: Analyzing sales data, identifying best-selling items, and predicting future demand to inform purchasing decisions. Supplier Relations: Communicating with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Collaboration with Other Teams: Working with retail team, store staff to achieve merchandising goals.
