Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Assistant Store Manager located in Dhanbad. The Retail Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting in daily store operations, managing and guiding the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining store standards, and driving sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and handling customer inquiries
Experience in Team Management and guiding sales staff
Sales skills with a focus on achieving store targets
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Retail industry experience 5 - 7 years
Bachelor's degree is a must
Computers, MS Office, Billing software
Immediate joinees need to only apply
Salary range Rs 17000 to 20000 pm
