This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Goa. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and managing staff. The manager will also be responsible for inventory control, maintaining store presentation, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Sales interactions, communication, and understanding customer feedback is crucial. This needs to be captured and communicated. Understanding of sustainable practices and a premium brand experience is a must.
