Job Description

Staff Management:
Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store employees.
Providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and motivating the team to achieve goals.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Developing and implementing sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Analyzing sales performance and trends to identify opportunities and meet revenue targets.
Inventory Control:
Managing stock levels, ordering new products, and conducting inventory counts.
Minimizing stock outs and overstocking to ensure sufficient merchandise is available.
Customer Service:
Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolving issues.
Store Operations and Appearance:
Overseeing daily operations, including merchandising, visual displays, and store layout.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Financial Management:
Managing store budgets and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
Preparing detailed reports on sales, financial records, and performance indicators.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensuring the store complies with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
Implementing loss prevention measures and security protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,150.39 - ₹22,000.00 per month
