We are hiring enthusiastic Commis Chefs to join our culinary team in Bakery, Hot Kitchen, and Pastry sections. Freshers with a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. You will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and grow into specialized roles. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing ingredients for bakery, hot kitchen, or pastry items Follow recipes and instructions from Chef de Partie / Sous Chef Requirements: Basic understanding of kitchen operations (training will be provided) Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills
Dispatch Executive Billing Goods Dispatch Goods With the help of Supporting staff Accounting basic Transactions
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on kitchen machinery (grinders, ovens, mixers, chillers) Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults Maintain walk-in freezers, chillers, and ice machines Maintain logbooks for service history and breakdowns
Tasks & Activities Resolving customer queries, if any, regarding bakery products & services Handling customer complaints, understanding their needs and problems, and delivering them the best service Recruiting salespersons whenever required. Paying employee salaries on time based on their attendance End-of-day cash handling according to the sales reports in the POS Responsible for the achievement of the set Sales target for the store
