Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed targets. Visual Merchandising: Ensure visually appealing and on-brand store displays to enhance the shopping experience. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture, handling customer inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve operational excellence.
