As a Hair Coach at Traya's Experience Centers, your primary role will involve guiding customers through their hair treatment journey with care and expertise. You will play a crucial part in providing support, building trust, and ensuring consistency throughout the process. Working closely with doctors and the clinic team, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized, goal-oriented customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming walk-in customers at the Experience Centers and leading them through scalp analysis and consultation procedures. It will be essential for you to grasp customer concerns and effectively communicate Traya's treatment philosophy. Additionally, you will assist in interpreting doctor prescriptions, elucidating product usage, and motivating customers to stay committed to the treatment for long-term benefits. Monitoring progress, conducting regular follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns such as side effects, lifestyle adjustments, or compliance issues will be part of your routine. Collaborating with backend teams to reschedule consultations or escalate concerns to doctors as needed will also be crucial. You will be expected to encourage product reorders, emphasize the importance of consistency to customers, and ensure clinic hygiene standards, inventory management, and data record upkeep in coordination with the Clinic Manager. Furthermore, driving clinic reviews and collecting customer testimonials will contribute to enhancing Traya's reputation and customer engagement.
