Retail Store Associate

Role Overview: As a Store Supervisor at Burgundy Brand Collective located in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns tactfully, and efficiently managing retail operations. Your responsibilities will include handling cash transactions, monitoring inventory levels and shelf life, as well as preparing management reports to evaluate performance and contribute to merchandising strategies. You will also be responsible for executing store opening and closing procedures, leading store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, and overseeing e-commerce order fulfillment processes from placement to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer service and address customer concerns diplomatically - Manage retail operations efficiently by handling cash, inventory, and shelf life - Generate management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans - Execute store opening and closing protocols - Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager - Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment from order placement to final delivery Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in Retail Sales - Excellent customer handling and communication skills - Strong organizational abilities with a structured approach to engagements Additional Details: Burgundy Brand Collective is a rapidly growing specialty retail company with stores in 9 cities, offering a variety of international luxury brands to Indian consumers.
