Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a strong ability to drive sales. You will be the face of our store, assisting customers, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable garments or accessories.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge (fabric, fitting, trend, etc.).
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Manage stock levels, organize shelves, and ensure clean, presentable displays.
• Assist in visual merchandising and seasonal setup.
• Process billing and handle POS (Point-of-Sale) system efficiently.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and store promotions.
• Support inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion retail or garment sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Basic knowledge of fashion trends, fabric types, and styling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under flexible schedules (weekends & holidays).
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in fashion or retail management is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
