Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to store teams. - **Staff Training & Development:** Design and deliver product training, selling skills workshops, and onboarding sessions for new hires in franchise and retail outlets. - **Customer Experience Excellence:** Coach front-line staff on brand philosophy, visual standards, and service etiquette to deliver exceptional customer service. - **Performance Tracking:** Assess individual team members" sales performance through KPI tracking.
