Job Description

Follow and deliver the organization’s retail training curriculum effectively.
Prepare for impactful training sessions by understanding, customizing, and personalizing session plans before delivery.
Actively engage retail staff through discussions, role plays, and practical examples to encourage participation and critical thinking.
Conduct knowledge checks, assessments, and evaluations as defined in the training framework and maintain accurate training records.
Adapt training methods to meet individual learning needs and different learning styles of store staff.
Provide real-time feedback during training to correct gaps, clarify concepts, and reinforce best practices.
Share timely and constructive feedback on assessments, role plays, and practical assignments to support performance improvement.
Participate in ongoing instructional support, professional development programs, and trainer upskilling initiatives sponsored by the organization.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
