Retail Sales Trainer

As a Retail Sales Trainer for a Retail brand based in Bengaluru, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Sales Enablement:** Monitor and support daily sales activities across stores to ensure sales targets are met. Analyse sales trends and provide actionable insights to store teams. - **Staff Training & Development:** Design and deliver product training, selling skills workshops, and onboarding sessions for new hires across franchise and retail outlets. - **Customer Experience Excellence:** Ensure front-line staff deliver exceptional customer service by coaching them on the brand philosophy, visual standards, and service etiquette. - **Performance Tracking:** Assess sales performance of individual team members through KPI tracking. Recommend improvement plans or reward top performers. - **Training Content Creation:** Develop SOPs, training manuals, quizzes, and e-learning modules to support ongoing development of retail and franchise teams. - **New Store Launch Support:** Participate in staff training and sales readiness activities for new store openings. - **Market Feedback Loop:** Gather customer and sales team feedback regularly to improve training effectiveness, product pitches, and customer engagement strategies. Key Requirements for this role include: - Experience in sales and training, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or luxury retail. - Strong communication and public speaking skills. - Deep understanding of customer psychology and retail selling techniques. - Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and basic LMS tools. - Willingness to travel for store visits, training sessions, and new launches.,
