Retail Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at PlayShifu, you will be responsible for driving retail sales performance in the Mumbai and Pune markets. You can expect to: - Manage and analyze sales data to derive actionable insights. - Provide training and upskilling support to store promoters. - Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the sales team. - Travel between Mumbai and Pune as and when required. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and activities.
