Job Description

Welcome and engage customers in a warm, courteous, and professional manner. Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable jewelry products. Educate customers on jewelry types, gemstones, metals, pricing, and care instructions. Maintain updated knowledge of current collections, promotions, and industry trends. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewelry items. Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and relevant documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display counters. Provide after-sales services and follow up with clients to build relationships and ensure satisfaction. Support inventory counts and stock management processes.
