Retail Sales Manager

As a diligent Inventory Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain inventory levels by implementing effective purchasing plans and maintaining open communication with vendors and shippers. You will be tasked with developing a comprehensive schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year, strategically aimed at increasing revenue for the company. In this role, you will also play a crucial part in enhancing the knowledge base of the staff through regular training sessions and utilizing cross-training techniques to ensure productivity levels are maintained even in the absence of certain employees. Collaboration with vendors and manufacturers will be a key aspect of your job, as you will work closely with them to create impactful marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing all controllable costs efficiently to uphold the profitability of operations.
