Retail Sales Executive

Job Description: Retail Sales Executive – Raymond Shop Role Overview: Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales of men’s ethnic wear (kurta sets, sherwanis, Indo-western, accessories), and maintaining store standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their style and occasion needs. Provide expert knowledge on ethnic wear fabrics, fits, designs, and alterations. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and promote ongoing offers. Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, stocked, and neatly arranged. Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries professionally. Coordinate with the tailoring/alterations team for measurements and delivery timelines. Maintain customer records and support loyalty program enrolments. Requirements: 1–3 years of retail sales experience (ethnic wear or apparel preferred). Strong communication and customer-service skills. Pleasant personality, good grooming, and product presentation ability. Basic computer/POS billing knowledge.
