The role involves engaging with retail customers, promoting CleanCo products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in retail sales within the FMCG sector and strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities · Promote and sell CleanCo FMCG products to retail outlets, supermarkets, local stores, and other retail outlets. · Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. · Identify new retail sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory. · Conduct product demonstrations and provide excellent customer service to enhance product awareness and drive sales. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback to the sales team. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. · Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activities. · Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up with clients for outstanding dues. Qualifications and Skills · Experience: 1-5 years of proven experience in retail sales within the FMCG sector. · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). · Skills: o Strong sales and negotiation skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English. o Ability to build rapport with retail clients and customers. o Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools. o Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. · Other: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client visits and sales activities. Job Details · Salary: INR 15000 to 20000 per month + Sales Incentives (based on performance). · Working Days: Monday to Saturday. · Office Location: A 1122, Tower T3, NX One, Techzone 4, Greater Noida West 201301, U.P, India.
