Job Description

As a Sales Support Executive, your role involves supporting the meeting of sales targets by tracking and sharing client inquiries received from various channels such as store cell phone, emails, and social media. You will be responsible for the timely creation of quotes, presentations, and other required documents/materials. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting the execution of proactive sales strategies - Preparing for and supporting prospective client meetings - Assisting the company's sales representatives/business development managers with necessary documents and materials - Preparing all data and documents for the accurate and complete handover of orders for drawings and production - Updating the Order Management System with client order details - Supporting internal Production meetings - Ensuring all client documents and correspondence are saved in appropriate folders in the Dropbox - Maintaining internal upholstery catalogues and price lists - Supporting the regular updates of the company's sales/product presentations In addition to the core sales responsibilities, the company values full-time and permanent employees who can work in person at the specified work location.,
