The incumbent would be responsible for:

Achievement of week wise secondary sales volume and value for Digital Locks

• Promote schemes for Digital Locks
• Store wise planning and launch NPI / NPD of digital Locks
• Networking with contractors associated with retailers for Digital Locks
  

Business from Premium Experience Stores

• Create sales plan for PES based on customer profile and competitive scenario
• Placement of Digital Locks at PES.
• Branding and visibility enhancement at PES stores
• Train RSMs of PES on Digital Locks

Market Coverage

• Cover A and B class stores. Convert A- and B- stores of Digital locks
• Create PJP and Route for self and DSIs and monitor as per sales force effectiveness norms
• Meet the sales force effectiveness planning norms like route feasibility, route contiguity

Business from system integrators for home automation

• On-board system integrators for home automation as direct company business partner
• Promote company's Digital Locks to system integrators
• Explain the features and benefits of company Digital Locks and gain business

Appointment of Direct Dealers for Digital Locks

• Appoint marquee stores of each focus city as Direct Dealers
• Convert A- stores into company direct dealers through digital locks direct dealer policy
