Retail Sales Executive

Reports to - Floor Manager

About this role

This plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the retail outlet. This position involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations. The executive will also handle inventory management, display arrangement, and ensure the store maintains a high standard of presentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products and trends.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage inventory and assist with stock control.
• Ensure displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Participate in sales events and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain detailed sales records.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 Years of high street retail, jewellery, or luxury retail sales experience
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetic presentation.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Work Timings

Shift 1 - 10 to 7 PM

Shift 2 - 11 to 8 PM

5.5 Days working in Week

Weekly off during the week itself.
