Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be at the forefront of client interactions and project development. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for client requirements, presenting tailored design solutions to secure deals, and ensuring prompt responses to inquiries. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential, along with ensuring that your team is well-trained and aligned with Tulio's values and ethics. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in textile designing, home decor, or interior decoration. Previous experience in handling HNI clients, interior decorators, and architects will be highly valued. Your ability to stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and drive innovation will be key to identifying and developing trending products.
