Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive, located in Chennai. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and providing tailored furniture solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service, meeting sales targets, and liaising with the team to address customer requirements effectively.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales and Sales skills to effectively promote products and meet sales goals.
• Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to understand customer needs and foster long-term partnerships.
• Strong Communication skills to convey product benefits clearly and professionally.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the office furniture or related industry is advantageous.
